1. Who is responsible for the content

Editorial responsibility for the content published on honexpres.ro (service pages, articles and guides, glossary, technical sheets, audio and video materials) lies with the company HONEXPRES SRL, Oradea, Str. Alexandru Cazaban nr. 50, ap. 1, Bihor County, tax identification number (CUI) RO30456239. You can write to us at contact@honexpres.ro or through the Contact page.

2. What we publish and why

We publish practical information for those who send or receive goods: how a service works, what data and documents are needed, what rules apply, what a term means. Honexpres is a freight forwarder, so the articles also point to our services. We do not publish content paid for by third parties; if we ever publish sponsored material, we will label it visibly as such.

3. Who writes the articles

The blog articles are written in Romanian. The older articles, taken over from the previous website, are written by people in the Honexpres team, on the basis of their working experience in freight forwarding. The new editorial articles may be written with the help of artificial intelligence and are checked and approved by the editorial team before publication; they carry on the page the note “Text written with AI assistance and checked by the editorial team.” A text generated automatically and not checked by a person is not published without a label that says so at its beginning.

4. Sources and checking

• Sources: we start from official sources (international conventions, European Union and national legislation, authorities such as ARR, CNAIR, ANAF, IMO or the European Commission). We name them in the text or in the article’s list of sources, with a link where the source is public. We use secondary sources only when there is no official one.
• Figures: we do not invent figures, customers, projects or reviews. The dimensions and capacities of vehicles and containers come from a single reference database.
• Checking: before publication, a person checks the facts, not just the form of the text.
• Dates: on articles we show the date of publication and, where the text has been rechecked, the date of the last check. We review the content when the rules change (for example with a new ADR edition) and periodically.
• Artificial intelligence: the technical, legislative and documentary sources used in an article must be real and verifiable. Artificial intelligence is not allowed to invent information, citations or statistics; a statement that we cannot support with a real source is removed or reworded before publication.

5. Translations

The Romanian version is the original. The English, German, Italian, Hungarian and French versions of the pages and articles are machine translations, made with an artificial intelligence system.

Each translation goes through automatic checks before publication:

• the language and the completeness of the text: no missing part and no fragment left in another language;
• the terminology, against the HONEXPRES glossary;
• the numbers, units of measurement and codes (for example UN numbers or articles of law), which must be identical to those in the original;
• the links;
• the structure: the same headings, lists and tables as in the original.

A translation that does not pass these checks is not published. Translated articles are labelled on the page as machine translations and have a link to the Romanian original. Machine translations are not reviewed in full by a translator; if there is a difference between a translation and the Romanian original, the Romanian original prevails.

6. Regulated subjects

The articles about dangerous goods (ADR), customs, tax, liability and other legal subjects are for information only. They do not constitute specialist advice and do not replace the official text of the regulations, an ADR safety adviser, a customs broker or a lawyer. For your specific situation, check the regulations in force or ask us for a quote, in which we analyse your transport.

7. Images and media materials

We do not present images, voices or persons generated with artificial intelligence as real. If we use an illustration generated with AI, a synthetic voice or a generated video, we label it visibly. Details in the artificial intelligence transparency notice.

8. Corrections

Have you found a mistake? Write to us at contact@honexpres.ro, with the link to the page and what needs to be corrected. We check the report and, if it is confirmed, we correct the text and update the date of the check. Corrections that change the meaning of important information are mentioned on the article. The translations are redone from the corrected original.
