About cookies

What we use on this website

Essential (no consent). We keep your cookie choice (hx_consent); the data you have started in the request form, so that you do not lose it (hx_quote_draft, hx_quote_prefill, hx_adr_calc_handoff); the conversation with the AI assistant and the choices tied to it (hx_copilot, hx_copilot_voice, hx-ai-entry); display preferences (hx-rail-visual, hx-af-instant); your choice to display the Google map (hx-google-map-consent); the daily limit of the “Fill in with AI” function (hx_af, set only when you use the function); the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check, loaded when you use a form. Basis: the legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the exemption from consent for strictly necessary cookies (Law no. 506/2004).

Statistics (only with your consent). The website’s own statistics use hx_aid (pseudonymous identifier, 12 months), hx_sid (statistics session, 30 minutes), hx_seen and hx_land (session storage). In addition, if Google Analytics 4 is switched on on the website, the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by the property identifier are set (duration set by Google, up to 2 years), through which Google shows us how the website is used: the pages visited, the duration, the type of device and the country. If you do not accept, none of this is loaded or set; if you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics script stops and the _ga cookies of this website are deleted. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Law no. 506/2004). We do not use the advertising features of Google Analytics.

Third-party services, loaded only at your request or with your consent. The Google map is loaded only after you press “Show Google map”; YouTube videos, only when you press play (youtube-nocookie.com player); the profile pictures in the Google reviews, only if you have accepted cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only when you use a form with an anti-bot check and may use, according to Cloudflare’s policy, strictly necessary security mechanisms; we do not control their content. Google and Cloudflare may use their own cookies or storage, according to their policies: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies, cloudflare.com/cookie-policy. Information about the data they process is in the privacy policy.

Advertising and marketing. We do not use advertising, remarketing or personalisation cookies and we do not load advertising pixels (for example Google Ads, AdSense or Meta). The list below shows everything the website sets or keeps in your browser.

How to accept or refuse cookies

On your first visit you see a banner with three equal choices: accept, refuse or open the settings. Until you choose, nothing non-essential is loaded or set. The choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time with the “Open cookie settings” button on this page or in the footer of the website; withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
