Urgent transport

When you need urgent transport

A production line stopped because of a part, a delivery promised to a customer or samples that must reach a trade fair: in situations like these, what matters is the time, not the price per kilogram.

Express transport means a vehicle dedicated just to you, which leaves as soon as it is loaded and does not stop at warehouses on the way. Tell us when the goods are ready, by when they must arrive and how big the largest package is.

Vehicles

Urgent transport by 3.5 t van or small truck

We choose the smallest vehicle that suits your goods. With vans, the weight limit is usually reached before the space runs out: check the vehicle sheet.

  • 3.5 t van

For parcels and a few light pallets, in Romania and across Europe.

  • 7.5 t truck

For more goods, with a tail lift when there is no loading dock.

  • Dedicated semi-trailer

When the urgent goods fill a large truck: a full load, direct.

Door-to-door

Door-to-door, with no transshipment

Door-to-door transport means that the goods are collected from your address and delivered straight to the consignee’s address, with no intermediate stages.

With express, the vehicle is dedicated: it loads at your site and unloads at the consignee, with no transshipment warehouses on the way. The goods are not handled by others, and once the vehicle is assigned you receive the vehicle and driver details.

Routes

National express transport and international urgent transport

  • National express transport

In Romania, the dedicated vehicle leaves as soon as the goods are loaded and goes straight to the consignee. Before confirmation we tell you when it can be at your site and within what window we estimate delivery.

  • International urgent transport

In Europe, by dedicated van or small truck. From 2026, the European driving and rest time rules also apply to vans in international transport, so a double crew may be needed over long distances.

Very long distances, overseas or outside Europe:

No empty promises

What we promise and what we don’t

What we promise

  • A realistic estimate before confirmation: when the vehicle can be at your site and when we estimate delivery
  • A dedicated vehicle, with no transshipment
  • We let you know at loading and, if the estimate changes on the way, before you have to call us

What we do not promise

  • A fixed delivery time: traffic, customs and legal rest times do not depend on us
  • Availability at night, at weekends or on public holidays
  • An immediate response outside office hours: requests sent in the evening and at weekends are handled on the next working day

To leave sooner

What you can prepare so that the urgent transport leaves sooner

With express, minutes lost at loading show up at delivery. A few things prepared in advance greatly shorten the time until departure.

  • The goods packed, labelled and ready for loading at the time you give us
  • The documents ready: delivery note or invoice, CMR and, where applicable, customs documents
  • A contact person with a phone number at loading and one at unloading
  • The exact addresses, the receiving window and access restrictions: barrier, height, opening hours
  • The dimensions and weight of the largest package, so that we choose the right vehicle first time

For urgent shipments, call us during the team’s office hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00.

Types of goods

What types of goods go by express transport

  • Spare parts for stopped machinery or production lines
  • Samples, prototypes and goods for trade fairs
  • One or a few light pallets with a strict deadline
  • Components for a construction site or a scheduled installation
  • Deliveries that must not pass through transshipment warehouses

How it works

How express transport works

  1. Step 1

Tell us how urgent it is

The time when the goods are ready, the delivery deadline, the exact addresses and the dimensions of the largest package.

  2. Step 2

    We check availability

We look for a suitable vehicle, as close as possible to the loading point, and give you a realistic estimate.

  3. Step 3

    Confirmation

We send you the quote and, once you accept it, the vehicle and driver details.

  4. Step 4

    Direct transport

The vehicle loads and goes straight to the consignee; we let you know if the estimate changes.

  5. Step 5

    Delivery

You receive the delivery confirmation and the document signed by the consignee.

Information needed

Information needed for a quote

With express, speed is what counts: send us the time, the deadline and the dimensions of the largest package right from the start.

  • The time from which the goods are ready for loading
  • The delivery deadline (date and time)
  • The full loading and delivery addresses and the contact people there
  • The dimensions of the largest package and the number of packages or pallets
  • The total weight
  • Who loads and whether a tail lift is needed
  • Your phone number (mandatory for express, for quick confirmations)

Documents

Documents for express transport

  • CMR consignment note For international transport.
  • Delivery note or invoice Issued by the shipper.
  • Customs documents For deliveries outside the EU; they can add time at the border.

Restrictions

Restrictions we take into account

  • A van has weight and volume limits; beyond them a larger vehicle is needed (see the van sheet).
  • Availability at weekends, at night or on public holidays is not guaranteed.
  • Driving and rest time rules also apply to express transport; over long distances a double crew may be needed.
  • Dangerous goods travel by van only in small or limited quantities, after checking.
  • We do not guarantee the delivery time; we work with an estimated window and let you know about any change.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about express transport

Talk to the team

How quickly can you collect the goods?

It depends on how close a free vehicle is to the loading point. We tell you the realistic estimate before you confirm, not after.

Do you guarantee the delivery time?

We do not guarantee a time, because traffic, customs and legal rest times do not depend on us. We give you an estimated window before confirmation and let you know about any change.

What does door-to-door transport mean?

The goods are collected from your address and delivered straight to the consignee’s address, with no intermediate stages. With express, the vehicle is dedicated: it loads at your site and unloads at the consignee, with no transshipment warehouses on the way.

Do you organise international urgent transport?

Yes, in Europe, by dedicated van or small truck. From 2026, the European driving and rest time rules also apply to vans in international transport, so a double crew may be needed over long distances. For deliveries outside the EU, customs documents can add time at the border.

When are two drivers needed?

Over long distances, where a single driver would have to take the daily rest on the way. A double crew shortens the total time but costs more; we propose the right option in the quote.

Isn’t air freight faster?

Over European distances, a dedicated van often arrives as quickly as air freight, which adds the trip to the airport, handling and customs. For very long distances, overseas or outside Europe, see air freight.
